Japan's Edano:can't say when nuclear plant will be under control

TOKYO, March 30 (Reuters) - Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano told reporters on Wednesday that he could not say when conditions at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex would be under control, referring to the world's worst atomic crisis since Chernobyl in 1986.
