Kuwait Pledges $10M for IAEA Fuel Bank Plan
Kuwait on Friday finalized a pledge to provide $10 million for the establishment of an multilateral atomic fuel supply overseen by the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Kuwait News Agency reported (see GSN, March 10, 2011).Kuwaiti Ambassador to Austria Mohammad al-Sallal inked the deal with Tarek Rauf, an IAEA official overseeing the fuel bank effort.
