Russia, European firms discuss nuclear project
Russia
and European energy companies are holding discussions about the
construction of two 1,194-megawatt reactors in Russia's Kaliningrad,
according to Rosatom. The first unit is expected to come online in 2017,
while the construction of the second unit is anticipated to start this
