U.S., Canada, Mexico sign nuclear-security deal
The
U.S., Canada and Mexico have forged a nuclear-security pact. Under the
terms, high-enriched uranium from a Mexican research reactor will be
converted to low-enriched uranium. "I would like to thank Mexico, Canada
and the [International Atomic Energy Agency] for their support of our
