Chubu Electric sees Dec. 2013 completion for reactor safety steps
Safety
enhancements at Chubu Electric Power's idled Hamaoka nuclear plant in
Japan, including a tsunami wall, are expected to be finished by December
2013. The Japanese government ordered the facility's shutdown after
last year's Fukushima Daiichi incident because the plant is near a
