Fukushima rainwater runoff pops up again

Whether or not this will get international traction, I think a "heads up" is in order.

The 8 pump rainwater runoff diversion system at F. Daiichi began operation last Friday. This morning, it was found to be not operating. It is speculated by Tepco that some mildly contaminated water has reached the sea. How contaminated? Tepco appears to be running analyses on it. NHK World's report seems to be the least alarming. http://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/english/news/nuclear.html  Regardless, we have a number of "toxic" release headlines coming out of Japan. Here's an example... http://mainichi.jp/english/english/newsselect/news/20150421p2g00m0dm067000c.html
