Japan reactor stress tests are flawed, experts say
Stress tests for Japan's reactors aren't enough to allay public fears of another nuclear disaster, some experts said. The tests only show the possibility of a meltdown if a plant is hit by an earthquake or a tsunami and leave out other scenarios such as a deliberate attack. "The key issue is whether these tests should be linked to restarting reactors offline," said Masashi Goto, a member of a Japanese government panel studying the tests. The Wall Street Journal
