Official: U.S.-China climate discussions could cover nuclear energy
Climate-change discussions between the U.S. and China may include collaboration over nuclear-energy technologies such as reactors, which emit less heat and gas than traditional power plants, said David Sandalow, an official with the U.S. Energy Department. Nuclear is an "important part of the solution to the global warming problem" and could become the focus in future talks with China, Sandalow added. Bloomberg
