Senate's climate bill to include $54B in nuclear loan guarantees
The energy-and-climate bill to be unveiled today by Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Joseph Lieberman, I-Conn., would approve $54 billion in federal loan guarantees for new nuclear projects.
