India's Parliament approves nuclear liability bill

The Indian Parliament ratified a bill Monday that restricts the liability of foreign nuclear entities operating in India to $320 million. The legislation is expected to ease the entry of U.S. companies, which have been wary of India-based endeavors because of the lack of limits on accident compensation.
