TVA plans shutdown of some coal-fired facilities, focus on nuclear

The Tennessee Valley Authority is seeking to close some of its coal-fired plants as it concentrates on boosting nuclear-power generation. It is not immediately clear how the plan might affect workers. TVA produces 60% of its electricity from coal and about 32% from nuclear. Forbes/The Associated Press
