Duke executive: Ohio nuclear project continues to be considered
Duke Energy is still considering constructing a nuclear power plant in Piketon, Ohio, says James L. Turner, president and chief operating officer of the company's franchised electric and gas business in five states. Before the project can start, Duke would need the support of other utility partners and amendments to Ohio's existing power policies, he says.
