Russian government approves nuclear cooperation deal with Japan

Russia-Japan nuclear agreement moves forward
The Russian government has cleared a nuclear-cooperation agreement with Japan. Under the deal, both countries will exchange expertise in nuclear security and work together in developing light-water reactors and storing nuclear waste.
