The Tennessee Valley Authority is seeking a temporary suspension of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's review of the utility's combined construction permit and operating license. That license would be for two new reactors at the Bellefonte nuclear plant in Alabama. The delay would allow TVA to finish "significant revisions" to the applications should it press forward with completing Bellefonte Unit 1, the utility said.
