Entergy's Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant can continue to operate safely, said David O'Brien, commissioner of the state Department of Public Service. "The plant scores highly in industry peer review, and its problems, although well-publicized, do not pose health concerns," he said during the 90th annual meeting of Associated Industries of Vermont.
