Vietnam, Russia sign deal on first nuclear plant

Hanoi (AFP) Oct 31, 2010 - Russia and Vietnam on Sunday signed a deal worth an estimated 5.6 billion dollars for the Southeast Asian country's first nuclear power plant as Moscow seeks greater influence in the region.
