U.S. helps secure Soviet-era nuclear stock
Washington (UPI) Feb 10, 2011 - U.S. nuclear experts have helped Kazakhstan move Soviet-era nuclear materials, enough to build an estimated 775 nuclear weapons, to safety, officials said.
