Japan: Progress at Damaged Nuclear Plants
Japan is making progress in cooling the three damaged reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant and should be able to shut them down by year’s end, at least a month earlier than expected, the minister in charge of the disaster said Monday.
