Blue Castle chief defends efforts on Utah nuclear project
Blue Castle Holdings, which wants to build a nuclear power plant in Utah, has met the requirements to gain water rights from the state, President and CEO Aaron Tilton said. His remarks came after some critics said the company should have met tougher state requirements. "We're certainly complying [with the law], and the state engineer has certainly met the regulatory hurdle" for clearing water rights, he said. The Salt Lake Tribune (Utah)
