  Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chairman Gregory Jaczko visited Constellation Energy's Nine Mile Point nuclear plant in New York to monitor the recent safety developments at the facility. "We have a tremendous amount of talented people overseeing Nine Mile. There are very dedicated employees at the plant working to ensure safety, so if we continue to do our job in an effective way, I believe the plants will continue to be safe," Jaczko said.
