Amec in talks to buy Serco Group’s nuclear Technical Consulting Services by I-Nuclear Amec, a UK consultancy, engineering, and project management services company, is in talks with the Serco Group to buy Serco’s nuclear Technical Consulting Services (TCS) business, both companies said in separate statements May 23.
