Southern seeks key NRC ruling to proceed with Ga. reactor project

Southern seeks key NRC ruling to proceed with Ga. reactor projectSouthern Nuclear is seeking a "no objection" finding from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that would allow the Plant Vogtle expansion project in Georgia to proceed while the agency studies a formal license-amendment request concerning concrete.
