Appeals court gives EPA a resounding win in greenhouse gas case

In a major win for the government, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia upheld regulations limiting the emission of greenhouse gases June 26, concluding that the Environmental Protection Agency's interpretation of the Clean Air Act is "unambiguously correct."
