- B&W unit secures U.S. Navy contracts worth $82 million
The
U.S. Navy awarded contracts worth $82 million to Babcock & Wilcox
Nuclear Operations Group to provide reactor-related services, including
the manufacturing of steam generator parts and the disassembling and
removal of highly enriched uranium. "B&W NOG is pleased to continue
its support of U.S. defense programs with these additional contracts,"
said Peyton Baker, B&W NOG president. The News & Advance (Lynchburg, Va.)
