Ohi nuclear units need to restart, Japanese PM says
The two idled reactors at Kansai Electric Power's Ohi nuclear plant must be restarted, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda said. Returning the reactors to operation will help the economy and help meet the area's electricity demand, Noda said in explaining his decision.
