Belarus has made strides in nuclear program, IAEA says
The
International Atomic Energy Agency noted significant progress in
Belarus' preparations for the development of a nuclear facility. Belarus
has "strong expertise" in environmental oversight and radiation
protection, said J.K. Park, a senior IAEA official. Russian technology
