Reactor No. 4 at Ohi nuclear plant to be restarted next week

Kansai Electric will restart nuclear reactor No. 4 at its Ohi plant in Japan's Fukui prefecture Wednesday, nine days after the plant's No. 3 reactor returned to full service. The move is expected to help reduce power shortages in the facility's service area at a time when other commercial reactors throughout the country are still out of operation.
