F. Daiichi unit #1 internal pics

Tepco has released pictures taken inside unit #1 reactor building at F. Daiichi. The damage on the 4th floor is considerable, and we can see the ends of both Isolation Condensers. How did they do it without robots or people taking the pics? (rad levels too high for either) They used a balloon.
