TransCanada Agree Deal with PetroChina to Build $3 Billion Oil Pipeline

TransCanada Corp., the company behind the Keystone XL pipeline and Canada’s largest pipeline company, has agreed a deal with Phoenix Energy Holdings Ltd., a unit of PetroChina Co.
