Powers Not Yet Expected to Sign SE Asia Nuke-Free Zone Protocol
Five nuclear powers are not expected at an upcoming regional meeting to formally approve the protocol for the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone Treaty, the Xinhua News Agency reported on Thursday.The 21st summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations is due to begin on Sunday in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
