Japan Regulator Proposes New Safety Regulations Required for Nuclear Reactor Restarts


The Nuclear Regulation Authority of Japan has released draft safety rules for nuclear power facilities. Before the Fukushima incident, precautions against major disasters or terrorist attacks were left up to utilities.
