F. Daiichi #1 IC inspection video

Tokyo Electric Company had the 4th floor of RB #1's Isolation Condensers video-taped in November, showing there is a lot of explosion-related debris but no evidence of 3/11/11 earthquake-related leaks. The IC speculation has kept the earthquake-caused-accident rumor alive. This video makes a strong case that the ICs and the fourth floor piping made it through the quake unscathed. Regardless, the Diet's investigative panel (NAIIC)refuses to dismiss the quake-caused-accident issue for unit #1 until  they go in and look for themselves. That will not happen soon because of the high rad levels on the 4th floor.
