Plans for two new reactors at the South Texas Project are facing a new hurdle after US regulators determined that licence applicant Nuclear Innovation North America (NINA) does not meet requirements on foreign ownership.
My Comment: As I said before, its time to change the law to permit joint ventures with
foreign companies.
