Japan Provides Sea Water Monitoring Updates

The Government of Japan provided the IAEA an update on radioactivity in seawater, establishing an expert meeting on sea area monitoring, as well as results from the sea area monitoring.

In addition, TEPCO provided updates related to the protective countermeasures at TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station that are affected by the rainfall from the recent typhoon in Japan. The updates can be accessed here and here.
