Ph.D. student Karita Negandhi and professor Isabelle Laurion from
INRS'Eau Terre Environnement Research Centre, in collaboration with
other Canadian, U.S., and French researchers, have been studying methane
emissions produced by thawing permafrost in the Canadian Arctic.
