Ukraine, Chevron sign $10B deal for shale gas development
After discussing the possibility of a partnership in late October, Ukraine and Chevron announced they have officially signed a deal to explore the European country's shale gas reserves. The $10 billion deal is one of the biggest of its kind in Europe.
