JANSI has been admonished by the Nuclear Regulation Authority. The NRA has made negative comments about the lack of clarity of JANSI’s activities from the citizens’ point of view. The NRA added that JANSI should not merely duplicate the activities of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) in regard to its approach toward greater safety and reliability.
