Moscow (Sputnik) May 05, 2015 - Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) is going to freeze the soil around the crippled reactors at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant to prevent a buildup of contaminated water, local media reported Thursday.
