Could offshore nuclear be the future of energy production?

Who was it that said "history repeats itself?  Perhaps Westinghouse has some of the resoures left from it's offshore nuclear effort of the 1960-70s???

 

The MIT logic seem consistent for both offshore wind and nuclear:  If the technology is too expensive to build on land, build it offshore where it's really expensive.
