US nuclear materials plant closed after explosives inspection

A South Carolina nuclear material processing plant was locked down for several hours Monday
after authorities inspected potential explosive residue.
Precautions were taken after bomb dogs and electronic scans indicated
possible explosive residue on a delivery truck, the Savannah River Site
