The Japanese Press is mixed, with most of its focus on uncertainty and doubt with respect to long term health effects of radiation and child thyroid cancer, which actually seems to be a relatively minor constituent in the report. The report's main focus seems to be complacency being the main cause of the accident at Fukushima Daiichi.
