Nuclear Matters' Summer Road Trip

It was a busy summer for Nuclear Matters! We've spent the last few months on the road to raise awareness about the important role existing nuclear energy plants play in our country's energy mix. As you know, nuclear plants are our most reliable source of energy – a particularly important benefit during the summer months of peak electricity demand.

So where did we go on our summer road trip? Check it out:

  * *Newport, RI:* We shared information on the benefits of nuclear plants with energy regulators from throughout the Northeast at a Nuclear Matters-sponsored reception.
