Spectra Energy, TransCanada to build natural gas pipeline to Mexico

Spectra Energy Corp. and TransCanada Corp. have been chosen to build, own, and operate natural gas infrastructure pipeline from Texas to Tuxpan, Veracruz, Mexico.
