NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR.......While 2016 was a year of many transitions, of most significance in the climate policy world was the transition from agreement to implementation of the INDCs at COP22 in Marrakech. CIERP is meeting this challenge with the launch of a new initiative - the Climate Policy Lab - to better understand which climate policies work, which don't and why.
