The incredible shrinking nuclear offset to climate change
Abstract
Can
nuclear energy be much help when it comes to fighting climate change?
Or have nuclear energy advocates greatly overstated their case? The
likelihood that nuclear power will play a significant role in mitigating
climate change is very low, absent a game-changing innovation that
allows cheaper, safer nuclear power plants to come on-line much more
quickly.
