Energy Dept. expects WIPP shipments to restart in April

Department officials say shipments to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant
in New Mexico will restart in April. The facility closed in February
2014 following the rupture of a drum containing radioactive materials,
but it resumed some operations in December.
