NRC to hold open house on Brunswick nuclear plant performance | BrunswickBeacon.com: Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff will discuss the 2017 safety performance of the Brunswick nuclear power plant, operated by Duke Energy, during an open house April 18 at the Duke Media Center, 8520 River Road SE, Southport.
The open house will be from 5 to 6 p.m., and NRC employees responsible for plant inspections, including the resident inspectors based full-time at the site, will be available to discuss its performance.
