Full Up The Senate confirmed Annie Caputo, David Wright, and Commissioner Jeff Baran as NRC Commissioners by unanimous consent yesterday. The NRC now has a full board of commissioners for the first time since 2014.    Caputo and Wright were confirmed to their first five-year terms, while Baran was confirmed to his second five-year term.
