Next Stop: A Fully-Funded DOE Last night the Senate passed  H.R. 5895 by 86-5. This "minibus" appropriations bill includes Energy & Water appropriations along with two other appropriations bills.   Senate and House appropriators must now work out the differences between the two versions of the bill in a conference before sending it to the President's desk.
