Signed, Sealed, Delivered Seventy-five U.S. statesmen, flag officers, generals, national security officials and leaders from top think tanks, NGOs and multinational corporations signed a letter endorsing the national security benefits of a strong domestic nuclear energy industry    The signees call on Secretary Perry to take immediate action to prevent the further premature closure of the nation's nuclear plants. Perry is currently considering actions that would allow him to order nuclear plants to stay open under his Federal Power Act Emergency Authority.
